Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Universal Soul Service Corp mobile application and web application (collectively, the "Application" or "Services").

By accessing, registering for, or using the Application, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Company Information

The Application is owned and operated by:

A corporation incorporated in Canada
("USSC," "we," "us," or "our")

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Application.

By using the Application, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Creation & Security

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.

4. Nature of the Services (Spiritual & Educational Disclaimer)

The Application provides educational, spiritual, wellness, and personal development content, including:

• Tao practices and teachings
• Tao Calligraphy tracing
• Tao card drawing
• Audio and video materials
• Community interaction and discussion

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

The Application does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Nothing within the Application is intended to:

• Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
• Replace professional medical, mental health, or healthcare services

Participation is voluntary. Individual results may vary. You assume full responsibility for your use of the content.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful content
• Harass, impersonate, or exploit others
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

6. Community Guidelines & User Content

Users may:

• Create posts
• Upload images
• Comment and react to content
• Follow other users
• Send in-app messages

You retain ownership of your content but grant USSC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and use it for operating and improving the Application.

USSC may remove content that violates these Terms or community standards.

7. Teachers & Educational Contributors

Teachers, instructors, or contributors appearing in the Application:

• Do not receive payments directly from users
• Do not enter into contracts with users
• Act solely as content contributors on behalf of USSC

All services and content are provided by USSC.

8. Affiliate Program

Participation in the affiliate program is subject to approval.

USSC reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject applications
• Modify commission structures
• Suspend or terminate affiliate participation for misuse or violations

Affiliate earnings are not guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including:

• Text, audio, video
• Tao Calligraphy designs
• Logos and trademarks
• Software and interfaces

are owned by or licensed to USSC and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Harmful or unlawful behavior
• Legal or operational reasons

Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• USSC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Use of the Application is at your own risk

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USSC from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Application
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
